Best Buy has some decent electronics. The staff can be polite, super nice, and extremely patient, with excellent service that is smooth and helpful. They create a special atmosphere with music that is top notch. However, the experience is not perfect. Sometimes staff keep a very close eye on customers, and assistance can take a good while. Neither staff nor the chat bot may have an answer, requiring referral to the website. The process for curbside pickup can feel intrusive. While items may be out of stock, staff help customers order in the store. Overall, service can work out eventually, making for a decent but mixed experience.

I came in to pickup an order and had a reward credit to use. Amy and Jim were so kind and helpful in adjusting my order and took 20 min problem solving to make sure I could apply my certificate, even contacting corporate to make sure it was done correctly. Highly recommend this location and great team members! Thank you!
