The air conditioner wasn't working properly so we hardly slept due to it being hot, I was charged more on my card than showed on my receipt and the hot tub was not hot at all not even hot enough water in the shower! Super disappointed

Been loyal to Best Western for years. This hotel is unwilling to offer a late checkout. No post-race shower for me. Looks like this is the last time I’ll be staying here.
