“Megan, the ASM, was so friendly and accommodating for us, and it’s our first time to visit Logan, UT, so this was such a great introduction to the town. Thank you Megan! Would recommend this place just for the humanity and customer service (you don’t see customer service like this much anymore).”

“We stayed here during LOTOJA and were blown away by the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported from an early breakfast to complimentary ice cream were so thoughtful and appreciated.
Customer service was top-notch, and every detail showed they truly care about their guests, especially during a big event like this. Because of this experience, we plan to stay here year after year. Highly recommend to any LOTOJA participants or travelers looking for a place that genuinely put guests first!”

“? Comfort Inn – Logan, Utah

My stay at the Comfort Inn in Logan has just begun, and as someone newly navigating life with a disability, I cannot overstate how meaningful the help I received was. Anna Marie treated me with dignity and genuine care. Her assistance wasn’t just appreciated — it made me feel respected and supported at a time when that matters most.

The rooms are clean and welcoming, the town itself feels like a charming little village, and the staff bring a touch of magic to the experience. Anna Marie, in particular, was like a fairy godmother, ensuring my arrival was smooth and comforting.

This hotel is more than a place to stay — it’s a place where compassion and hospitality shine.”

“Older hotel, but rooms were clean and large and the staff members were nice. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, but I do not believe the pool is heated and it was a little chilly even towards the end of July. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of offerings. One morning. It was not very good. The next morning was better. The seating is quite limited. Overall, I would stay here again.”

“Small hotel but great service. Close to the south end of Logan (not very close to the university). Plenty of food options close by. Breakfast was simple but enough. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable.”

“Excellent check in, great customer service. Plenty of parking. Good sized room. Warm. Comfy beds & pillows. Good sized mini fridge. Only weird thing is that the hanging clothes/coat rack is in the bathroom.”

“For how cheap this hotel appears to be it’s actually more accommodating than expensive hotels I’ve been in. The water pressure from the shower was phenomenal, turn down service was adorable with a note of introduction and intention, and the air system was GOLD. Now my 4/5 star experience was because of the breakfast. The croissant tasted like an OLD BOX, the muffins were tiny and lemon poppy gross, the oatmeal had too much water, and the utensils were eating side up (so enjoy touching each others spoons and forks where their mouths will be…). The attendant to the second day I was there I tried to wave at her and she was GLUED to her phone sitting on a chair. I waved for a good 10-15 seconds before I felt weird and stopped trying to get her attention. Overall the hotel was fine for what you pay for. The front desk ladies were beautiful and nice. The pool seemed really clean and inviting. I would actually still recommend this hotel for its price. I think it’s enough.”
