Horrible internet company, can not find a website or phone number to reach them at because the google page links to a different company. The service itself sucks, basically getting dial-up speeds constantly, not worth a single penny.

I have called about 3 times a day for the last week and could not get hold of customer service. I was on hold for over an hour each of these times and finally hung up. I texted their number and no one responded. Horrible service!!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful service. I will be moving to an apartment complex without blue rim. If I don't have network back soon I'm just going to drive up there and get some help in person
