“I have a large yard and my pump wasn't working on my well in the middle of last summer and called them and they quickly came out and got me going. I had tried some other people and they weren't able to figure it out or do anything with it. It's a bit of a complicated system, and they knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. “They carry what Lowes lacks. Like water heater element sockets. Lowes says that is a special order item and Home Depot has them hanging right beside the elements.”
“They ordered pallets of sump pumps when everyone flooded and were very good to put us on the wait list and call when they were in the next day. I called a few times with questions and they answered right away each time, even though they were very busy.”
“Wide open truck-friendly parking lot. I called ahead and they had no issue with me parking my semi for a few hours to shop with them and a few other places in the area. During the day on a Saturday no less!”
