I wanted to share this review with you today. I just moved to Logan and needed a place to buy my clothes. I'm a smaller person too, petite, short. I also needed modest long denim skirts. So I decided to pop in and check them out. Best decision ever. The parking lot is huge with plenty of handicapped parking which I needed. The store is clean and well organized. It has zero funky smells and their music isn't too loud or obnoxious. They have a huge array of clothing too. All modest and modern! They have a huge selection of clearance items too. The manager, a lady, helped me get the skirts I needed. She found five skirts for me, all in sale for $11! She found one in store and 4 online. She helped get the shipping to my home correct too. Everything checking out that day was awesome. I really enjoyed my experience there and for sure will be back. I hope they stay in business permanently there.

Waiting in line for 15 minutes is unbelievable. There were three people ahead of me. It was not the cashier’s fault as she needed help with the lady so she called her manager that came up and helped but then she left and started restocking clothes. Unbelievable, help your customers get what they want. They came to your store to get something and you making them wait 15 minutes to get out of your store is incredibly inconsiderate.

I had Angel as my cashier today and she was VERY helpful and patient as she helped me through a kind of complicated check out process (the complicatedness was my bad haha), I came to her with a bit of a tall order and she took the time to very kindly make it happen for me so I appreciate her!

Best place to find baby boys clothes where everywhere else in Logan is very limited or has way more girl clothes than boy. I love that I can dress my little boy up in cute overalls, knits etc.

Called in to see if they had a different size of pants I could come and exchange. A worker named Nicole answered the phone and was not helpful at all. They were not patient with me when I was describing the pants, rude tone of voice, and when I told her to hang on while I grab the pants from my car for reference, she hung up on me when I said “okay, thanks for your patience”.

I know it comes from corporate policy, but I won’t be shopping at Old Navy again due to the return policy. IMO I should be able to return items that I wore once if they lose their shape after 1 day of wear within the 30 day timeframe.

I came in earlier today and did a return, 2 of my items were missed and I wasn't given a refund for them. I called in a panic and the manager straightened it all out. Seriously customer service above and beyond! Thank you!!
