“Just purchased my first two crates, and we couldn’t be happier! We met with the owner on a weekend, and he was incredibly nice. We have two very high-energy dogs, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner even offered for us to bring our dogs in to size the kennels and took the time to show us the strong, sturdy materials they’re made from. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the crates are totally worth the price!”

“I was very frustrated leaving their store yesterday as I had a staff member who didn't care about the troubles I was having and brushed off all of my questions. I'm new to owning fish and have many questions, but she didn't seem to care. I went in to get my tank water tested today because I knew something wasn't right. The assistant store manager (Connor) was extremely helpful today. He talked me through the water testing and explained what was wrong then offered solutions for an easy fix. He also spent extra time educating me about my tank and extra steps I can take to give the best care for my fish. It seemed like he genuinely cared and really put in the effort to make sure I was more than satisfied, I even feel comfortable going back anytime to ask him questions when I didn't beforehand. I am very thankful for him.”
