I've been going back and forth on whether or not to write this review, but I can't get over how bothered I am that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for such a bad cut on my dog. I have been bringing him here for almost 3 years to see the same groomer, who was amazing, but left. I brought him in around a month ago, got charged $20 MORE than I normally do, and the haircut was so bad. I've tried in the past to do a trim on him myself, but I'm not very good at it and it doesn't look great. That's why I take him in, but this last time I took him, his cut looked like ones I have given him in the past. I expect more from someone who has been trained specifically to groom dogs. I'm really disappointed.

I was very frustrated leaving their store yesterday as I had a staff member who didn't care about the troubles I was having and brushed off all of my questions. I'm new to owning fish and have many questions, but she didn't seem to care. I went in to get my tank water tested today because I knew something wasn't right. The assistant store manager (Connor) was extremely helpful today. He talked me through the water testing and explained what was wrong then offered solutions for an easy fix. He also spent extra time educating me about my tank and extra steps I can take to give the best care for my fish. It seemed like he genuinely cared and really put in the effort to make sure I was more than satisfied, I even feel comfortable going back anytime to ask him questions when I didn't beforehand. I am very thankful for him.

Connor is fantastic. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and have an amazing presence. Definitely coming back to the store as long as they're there.

I’ve never encountered a rude employee or someone that seems like they’re annoyed to be helping you. I’ve never seen a sick animal or a reptile with stuck shed (in fact have seen many healthy sheds) and I’ve never seen empty food or water bowls. It seems like they really care about the health and safety of the animals and satisfaction of the customers.

We take our puppy to get groomed. She is a wiggle worm but the groomer does an excellent job.
