Smooth process. But the technician broke my windshield wiper and didn’t tell me. I had to figure it out for myself and come back to the shop to tell a manager.

Very easy to arrange for at home replacement of my front windshield. My technician Juan was very quick and did a fantastic job. Explained all warranty services to me in a nice manner. Drove to my very rural home in a rain storm. Thankfully, I had a garage he could work in to get out of the rain.

Extremely easy to submit the claim with my auto insurance using the Safelite website, and very quick, easy service. Highly recommend.
