“Went in to purchase a canopy/quickshade and the employee (wish I remembered his name) showed us right where to go. When we had questions on pricing (I wish it showed right on the box, however) he was close by and showed us prices and reviews to help us choose. He was not pushy. Helped us with a hand truck to the front of the store THEN he helped us find and use a 10% discount!! THEN he proceeded to haul it to our car in the parking lot.
