“I have always had good experiences with Sam's Optical besides this last time. We bought lens for frames we already had like we normally do and they damaged the frames as they were putting the lens in. They won't do anything if they ruin the frames; just FYI! They never ruined them at Costco. I like to leave reviews that I would like to see. Besides that instance, they have great prices and they've always been quick with orders and great at customer service.”

“We used to be Costco shoppers but after trying Sam's we have found that they offer many perks not available at Costco. Curbside pickup is the biggest one. Shop from your couch and pick it up later. If you're in the club, use their app to scan your items as you go and skip the checkout line. Also, pay for your items any way you want (no payment restrictions like Costco.) Sam's is a great place to get great deals on everything we need. Good gas prices too. Everyone is very friendly here. We especially love going there on Sundays in this valley because 60% of the population is in church.”

This store is the cleanest and most well organized store of any category I’ve ever seen! And it’s so true, this shop was BEAUTIFUL! It’s the only Costco where I’ve just enjoyed walking and looking around, because my wife and I were not familiar with where everything was. Forest replied, “oh my manager would LOVE to hear your thoughts about how clean it is in here because he is very in tuned with cleanliness.” And I asked how to make sure this store in particular would be attached to this review and got the store number.

I can’t say that I’ve ever been anywhere where it was so tidy, organized and pleasant (let’s face it, Costco’s can be crazy overstimulating for my brain) that I was inspired to ask about how this was so. Well done Mr. Clean, I noticed and you’ve a great staff working with you. This is one Costco I wouldn’t dread but rather look forward to visiting every week.”
