“Great customer service. Changed over service to a different phone and it went smoothly. Please don't try to sell internet and Direct TV when customers come in. If I was interested, I would discuss it with the employee. It is most likely a requirement of their job, yet annoying to some customers.”

“I am thanking God today for another quintessential professional customer service agent named Brice W. Today, while dealing with a brandnew dishwasher that wasn't working, a husband who just found out that he has cancer for the second time, and a WiFi system that is so bad....that I couldn't hardly send over the documentation and photos needed by Kenmore per instruction so we could schedule a repairman...all together and again, I thank God for Brice W, who walked us through changing our internet system to AT&T, Brice was so patient with us, he is so knowledgeable, and explained everything so we could understand it. If we had questions, he made us feel like he genuinely cared and wanted to help us. Thank God for Brice, and please God bless him and his family in fathomless measure with good health, safety, and overwhelming joy. Thank you dear Brice... you made our day....”
