“Was visiting from out of town. My phone was hard core bugging out. I was helped by the manager Kylie and she gives Amazing top notch service! She was kind to everyone she helped and she let everyone know she was working alone and she had X people in front of me and it would be an XX amount of time wait. She saw me quicker than that but she also was so kind to all of us. Even to this one guy who was treating her like absolute garbage over something that wasn't even in her control. (He wanted a device they were out of and wanted her to jail break one of the demo phones.) I went into this store, and Dominic not only helped me and fixed my problem immediately, he also made sure to trouble shoot different things before I left to make sure things were working moving forward. “I was very surprised to have an experience like this at Verizon. Often, I find that excuses revolving around lack of power are made to justify not being able to help. It makes sense and I get it- but it makes Verizon experiences less than enjoyable for me. Jake was different.
Jake was on my team. He understood where I was coming from and believed what I was saying. He realized things weren’t adding up when looking for the “whys”, trusted me, and stood up for me. My family and I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and he proved to value that.

“So it's going to cost $90 you get HBO MAX and a bunch of other great specifications and that's for two lines! For signing up, we're each getting a MOTO G POWER 2025. $25 activation fee. I'm not sure what the other fees are but I still think it's a steal. I can't wait to come in and sign up. I talked to them on the phone about what the out the door cost will be after taxes and fees and I'm happy about it. I hope I can get styluses too. I'll pay out of pocket if I have to for those. I love those miniature speakers they have for $25 too. Maybe we'll get a couple of those too. I'm not sure who helped me over the phone but I can't wait to come in when I get paid in a couple weeks!
