The staff here were all so nice to my family- especially the kind lady sitting at the front desk. They offer a great selection of snacks and food and the vibe very much reflects the relaxation of Flaming Gorge.

So, on the way to camp at Flaming Gorge, I stopped in to top off my gas tank on my my motorhome and pick up a few items inside the store. (Thursday, Aug 29th). Friendly service and would rate higher, but the second encounter was different. The next day or so, I was checking my banking account and saw that they had charged me twice for the things I purchased inside the store (yes, the charges had cleared, not in pending status. On my way home, I stopped by to see if they would reverse one of the charges they charged twice for. The lady at the counter was rude, staid the charges were pending, and would post correctly. It takes longer to post on a holiday weekend. I showed her that they posted, and she said that there was nothing she could do that I needed to dispute through my bank. Most merchants are able to reverse a charge. The first encounter, like I said, was friendly. The second one not so much. Different employees. I highly recommend that if you buy from here to check your bank account and make sure you aren't charged twice or even more.

Worst customer service in the deli. Lady extremely lazy and rude. She refused to make fresh sandwiches, because there were a couple premade ones that had been sitting there for several days. The whole point of a deli is to be able order a fresh made to order sandwich, especially when you have kids with food allergies, etc.

Friendly staff, good treats and soda. The grill is good, and I love that they offer the large fast-fill diesel pumps. ⛽️

Bought some fishing line before heading to the trail head, only to find out that there was nothing inside the packaging. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fish and it was a huge disappointment. I would’ve just let it go and not left this review, but when I called the store to let them know that’s what happened, they offered no apology and didn’t seem to care at all.

Great Fish and Chips... and YES people wake up its a GRILL as in lunch Grill... its open 12 to 5 GET OVER IT!!!Go to Browning's across the street for dinner where you Can be completely ignored by the children running the place!!!

We would not recommend this stop. The lady in the kitchen was just rood. My husband walked in with his service dog and was told dogs were not allowed. We had to tell her twice he was a service dog and had his vest on. We said we would show her his service license of need be. The bathroom was dirty. The food was over priced for what you got. Only lettuce on the hamburger. She said we had to wait outside for our order. The Sinclair down the road about 3 miles was cleaner and friendlier.

Not a place I would stop again, the lady taking orders was rude and short, the bathrooms needed cleaning, food was overpriced for what you got, I don't usually leave this low of a rating, but they deserve it.
