“I found Artisan Doodle on Instagram a few years ago and started following them. By watching their posts & stories, I could see how much love & commitment they put into the puppies they breed…that’s what drew me in (not to mention their adorable teddy bear faces & calm personalities). So when I was ready to add another pup to our family, I knew I wanted it from Artisan. Candace answered all my questions right away and there was never any pressure to use them as a breeder. Timing is everything with a new puppy coming into your home and when I was ready, I reached out again. She guided me to the size I was looking for…and I’m happy to say, I just got my first puppy from her this past week!!! The entire process from picking out our puppy, guiding me with how to care for her at home, thanks to Jenn for all her info, to Makenna arranging for Lexi to fly her to me…..they were SO accommodating! Paya’s sweet “yellow girl” ( named Luna) is absolutely gorgeous, playful, sweet, gentle and SO smart. I introduced her to our vet the next day and the vet mentioned how well she was taken care of before she came to me. She noticed how clean & fresh she smelled, trimmed nails, and such a confident, playful demeanor!!!! Luna is sleeping through the night, and haven’t had any potty accidents. She loves praise & rewards ?She knows her name & responds….and she can already do the stairs!!!! 4.5 pounds and only 7 weeks old, but so determined to keep up with her older fur sisters. She is playful & gentle to our older dogs, she likes to follow them everywhere. Luna loves to be snuggled & loved on…and she gets plenty of that I highly recommend Artisan doodles!!!!”

“Prices on plants seem good. Store layout in ok. I then compared pricing on normal pet foods and wow, way off. Same brands, quality, type, size, etc was almost double over other places around. I think I will stay to your plants only for me.”

“They have a customer service counter to make your life easier. If you find something online and go in store, they will look it up in their inventory to make sure they have it in sock for you. Super nice, quick, and a great place to shop! 10/10 will be back.”

“We stumbled into this shop to explore & had a good time looking at all the animals - fish, birds, small reptiles & rodents. They have a large selection & the place felt friendly. It was a bit messy & smelly, but I guess that’s what you get with a pet store. We didn’t buy anything yet but might be back for some fish.”

“I found this place a few years back when I was doing my dogs own hair but currently didn't have time to do my ESA dog so I (nervously) left him there for a full groom. He was so pretty and smelled so good when he came back I was so happy when I got him. After a few years of doing my own dogs hair I got tired of it and remembered how good they did the first time. So I brought in two more and my goodness they looked so good! I just brought in another in yesterday and they were so nice and my dog seemed so much happier and calmer when I picked her up. They made her so cute! With both of the two Pomeranians I left with them they warned me about coat shock when I wanted them cut short, which I appreciated!Really skillful groomers who really know what they're doing! We have loved all of the items we've purchased from Ruff Swag and use them all daily.Their bungee collar is the perfect pairing to an e-collar. It makes slipping it off and on a breeze and allows easy adjusting of the tightness. Our bulldog has a big head and It is great to be able to stretch it over his head quickly and get it adjusted without any issues. I love the selection of colors as well. “This is our go to location to take care of the critters in our house. They did really well with our skittish and elderly cats when they needed to get shots, even though the cats didn't make it easy. We have also really enjoyed the friendly advice and care that the employees have shown as our son has gotten into snakes recently.

Our only real complaint is that sometimes it can be hard to find someone when you need assistance, like they need to have one or two more people staffed than they usually do. Once they are free to help you, they really are great, though.”
