“I’m so thankful for Doug! I was 4 hours from home and my car broke down. I was stressing out about getting my car fixed. After stopping at 5 different places and having no answers i stopped at Doug’s and he was very willing to fix my car for me. He had the answer within minutes on how to fix my car. He even walked me through the process of fixing my car and showed me the broken part. He was very kind during the process, and I would recommend him over and over. Thank you Doug!!”
“Excellent shop. If I had to sum them up in 2 words it’s “honest” and “quality”. The pricing is fair, they will not just say what’s wrong but explain the why and the how. It’s a small staff so you’re always seeing the same faces. One time I had a minor issue following a brake replacement and they fixed it up within hours of bringing it back in— free of charge. I am so thankful I live close to this shop. They are lifesavers.”

“We were driving back home to OR from CO. The engine in our BMW 328 began to run rough. We made it to Provo and decided it had to be fixed before we could continue. Pulled in to Master AutoTech on a Friday afternoon. Everyone was very nice. Initially the mechanics were baffled. First thing Monday morning, Sam had the problem diagnosed in less than half an hour. “I tried to open a Toyota Camry and the key snapped in half! Willy's was able to come the same day I asked and replace the key, and it only cost $85, which was pretty good. (It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. “I will definitely be coming here again if I ever need to! I came for a Prius hybrid battery diagnostic, cuz my warning light came on and I started spending way more in gas money 😅. I ended up having them replace a few cells of the battery and a bunch of terminals. They gave me a discount on the labor cuz it took them a day or 2 longer than anticipated. After a month, the warning light came on again and we were filling up the tank more often again, I took it back to them. They reset my computer for free, and told me to bring it back if it came on again. Will and his team have taken great care of us, and saved us lots of money.”
