“We have moved around quite a bit and when we moved away from Utah County, one of the things we missed the most was Sorensen's. We recently moved back and I cannot say enough about how much we love this shop. They are so honest and thorough. Several times it happened that we took our car in for a repair and they noticed some other minor issue that they just fixed for free. They charge way less than other shops, too. It is also nice that they don't take advantage of me because I know little about car work. I feel like I get the same treatment whether I take the car in or my husband (who knows a lot about repairing cars) does.”
“We have used Doug's Auto several times over the years on our older vehicles and they are always professional, fair, honest and kind. They are great people. Today, I was expecting to hear that our minivan needed costly repairs. They are sometimes busy. I had to wait two weeks to get my van in. I took it to another repair shop to get their opinion (silly me). They told me that it needed major repairs and would cost over $4k. Doug and his crew fixed my van for around $300. He said that if my check engine light comes on again I can bring it back for a second look for free. These mechanics are the best. I'll miss them when we move out of state in a few weeks.”

“Any time you hear “transmission problem” the dread sets in. We decided to take the car to State Transmission Specialist to get a second opinion. They were professional, kind, and honest (which has been hard to come by in our experience with auto mechanics lately). The car issue ended up not being a transmission problem but he was able to fix the minor issue on the spot and send us off - car good as new! “This Oil-N-Go location is absolutely the best place I have ever gone to get an oil change! There were at least five mechanics working on my car and did an absolutely awesome job!!! They did exactly what I asked for and didn't seem to mind my questions! And yes, being able to sit in my car and watch what is being done is totally amazing!! They checked my tire pressure, washed the windshield, pulled air filter so I could see it, but did not try to push me into getting a new one, like all other places do! I asked for a specific oil and they totally accommodated my request! Everyone was so friendly! I will definitely be back and recommend this place completely!!”
