“We have been dealing with a long line of related issues between our air system and our coolant system, for two years now, we've been sprinkling payments on shops across America, cause we are OTR, and finally we came full circle at this shop, replacing a compressor head for the second time, same as two years ago. After diagnosis and thinking through the symptoms we finally are rolling again with a new resivoiur and a new compressor head. This is a busy shop, but they got us in and took care of us. I promised Pete, I was renaming him the wiz kid because he got the resivoiur done in record time which was our second solution. Ashley is very knowledgeable and will work hard for you, she handled our insurance claim, with the first issue that brought us there. Keep in mind she has a lot on her docket and she has the unfortunate task of dealing with NTP which loves to give diligent efforts the run around. We had some questions, and she was patient hearing me and my husband (the driver) out, and she resolved all of our issues. Thank you, Ashley we appreciate your attention, flexibility and diligence, we see how hard you work and we want you to know, we appreciate you. Ryan the other service guy, he helped us with our next issue, even drawing pictures to make me understand what was happening, and more importantly he worked hard to get us back on the road fast! Thank you, Ryan for being professional and helpful. Joe, helped me several times, he's at the parts desk and has a great attitude and took the time to explain things, he went above and beyond as well. The service Manager Richardo also took his time explaining and considering our plight. I can't leave out Gary who did our original trouble shooting, we feel so relieved we thought to read reviews in this area before picking our shop. The Kenworth reviews reads like a trucker nightmare and I can't image it would NOT have turned out well bringing our super complicated multi -faceted issues to them.
