I took my 2010 Wrangler in for a catalytic converter repair and I am absolutely blown away by how kind, fast, HONEST and awesome these guys are! I was quoted a much higher amount at another shop and immediately knew I was not having them work on my Jeep. Mainly because I felt like as a girl I was being taken advantage of. When I called Reed Muffler & Brake Blake asked me to come in so he could see what needed to be done. Part was ordered, repairs were made and a new customer for life has been created. I cannot thank you all enough for not charging 4 times the cost of the part alone to repair my vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“Bottom line: Super fair, friendly, and reasonable place to get your car worked on.
A few years ago I had ordered a custom dog crate that was to be put in my car. During install the person working on my car hyperextended the door while installing the crate, and moving forward we knew the only way to get that crate out was going to be by removing the car door. Recently I decided to upgrade the crate, and was dreading finding someone to remove the car door so we could switch out the crate, and also see if the new crate could be installed without removing the car door.
The first person I went to / was recommended to told me that it was going to take at least 5 hours of work. That didn't sit right with me, so I went to get a second opinion. Enter Roger, who when I spoke with him on the phone, told me he's been doing this for many many years, and that the entire thing would take an hour and a half at most. We made the appointment, met with Roger, showed him the old and new crates, and explained the install concern about the new one. My father and I went to grab a bite to eat, and within an hour of dropping off the car I get a call from Roger telling me my car was good to go and that the new crate slid in no problem with the car door still attached. To say I was elated would be an understatement. Car and crate looked amazing, and Roger was a pleasure to work with.
I 100% plan to come back to R&M for any future repairs”

“Stopped by for an emissions test since it was that time of year again and my local DEKRA was closed. One individual at SPS Tire Pros completes the tests and there wasn't an option for me to schedule an appointment with them, so I went on down one morning in hopes of being squeezed in. The front desk was cordial and checked me in but neglected to inform me of how long it would be. I waited around 1.5 hours before I got my car back. Thankfully there was a waiting area but it was tucked around some tires and signs. Overall, a nice place to get an emissions test done.”
“Had emissions done. Great service! This is the Jiffy Lube at 609 N Harrisville Rd. Basically N Ogden. They didn't smile a lot but were friendly, very competent and the employee put the tags on my license plate! Nobody has done that for me, ever! I'll be going to this one in the future even though I have at least 2 other Jiffy Lubes closer to my house.”
“Got a deal online for tires and had them shipped to the auto center. Set up an appointment to have the tires installed. I would give five stars but they put the wrong tires on. I hope they weren't being dishonest because the ones they put on were less quality than the tires I bought. They fixed their mistake but at the cost of my time.”
