There's a lady there, that does everything she can to help you don't know her name. You know that she's been there since you opened the store. Keeper she does good

Came in for a dying battery and had it tested very quickly. Associate didn't try to upsale, he just told me the facts and wasn't condescending (which can be a problem when you're a woman getting stuff for a car!) They changed the battery in a flash. Whole thing took less than a half hour.
