“We got two higher end GE fridges from this shop at a price that was honestly hard to beat. The real reason I’m leaving this review, though, is because of the incredible service. During delivery, there was damage to one of the parts that caused a loud noise when the fridge was turned on, not the shop’s fault, but definitely still a concern for us.
After finding out, the owner personally drove nearly 20 miles on his date night just to come check it out and even helped us set up the second fridge. When we realized a part needed replacement, he ordered it and came back again to fix everything at no extra cost to us.
You don’t see that kind of commitment often. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure we got what we paid for and were happy with it. If you’re looking for quality appliances at great prices and a business that actually stands behind what they sell this is the place. Definitely recommend.”

“Will recommend!! Michael provided an overall fantastic customer service experience. I first called to check the part's availability and spoke to him on the phone. He helped me find my model part and let me know the part was in stock. Upon arriving at their store, Michael again greeted me promptly. He quickly got me the part and compared it to the old one. Upon noticing that the connector was slightly different on the new model, Michael didn't hesitate to call the manufacturer for a fix. He even asked a regular customer, assumingly a repair man, his opinion. While the manufacturer was little help, Michael provided me with his solution and let me know about other potential issues. Plus, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Appliance Parts Company and Michael, thank you for your fantastic customer service.”

“Nuttails in Riverton is a friendly store for neighborhood folks. Although I am a longtime customer of Nuttails because I love their selection and their staff. When I went in yesterday because I needed my sewing machine tension adjusted Liz one of the staff members adjusted it for me with a smile right there on the spot. “It's always a blast to come to IKEA! It was our first time at this location, but it was clean and the customer service was good! Lots of variety in decor, and we always love to look at the displays that have been set up for home inspo :) Lunch was delicious, you can't go wrong with the meatballs! Only negative was that lots of the grab and go lunch options (like the salads and wraps) were out in the cafeteria when we came through, but it was at lunch time and the food we recieved was very good! Still absolutely worth visiting.”

“Be vary careful when delivering here. There is a lot of people high on drugs in this area. One of them on foot with just a bathrobe on just ran really hard into my drivers door yelling some thing that did not make sence. I hope he is ok. The paramedics told me that this happens all the time in this area. I was surprised to see this in Salt Lake City.”
“I visited Home Depot today for just a couple of items and needed those wood cut down to size. Jerry gladly helped me get the items I needed cut. He did it like I was his own mom. I felt well taken care of. I asked the guy in the paint station for advice. he gladly gave me his time and expertise. I asked 3 other guys where stuff was. One called Jerry to help me cut my wood. Everyone was wonderful right up to the counter. A lovely lady with red hair was more than happy to help me. Thank you Home Depot for hiring people who serve you with a smile.”
