“Called in to see if they stocked parts for my vacuum, they did not. However I was advised on how to find the correct part and check other areas of my unit for damage I had not considered so I don't end up wasting money if there was an additional issue there. Very impressed with the service, even though I did not end up paying for anything through them.”
