Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. avoid this business if possible

If I could give them zero stars I would. If I could take my ac machine anywhere else in the valley I would. The owner of this place has about as much customer service experience as my 5 year old kid. Please do this valley a service and retire so someone else can do a decent job.
