Double dropdown with 3 cross bars. The old design is way better. Very disappointed in the new rack. And it was very expensive. Two thumbs down on that brand.”

“Austin is a life saver i work for big o tires and these guys are my first call for all my parts need made the mistake of ordering calipers from a vendor close by to save a bit on time since i had already ordered the pads and rotors from these guys 2 calipers with the other vendor and both leaking at the seam called Austin for my 3rd caliper he put a rush on the part got it from west valley to downtown slc in 25 min cant thank these guys enough”

“NICK IS THE GOAT! ⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Nick and the team. Nick was able to get me in the same day for a nail in my tire and went above and beyond to help me understand and sort out all of my warranty information. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely such a great person to talk to. What really stood out to me was that he noticed my skid plate was starting to fall off and took care of it for me without me even having to ask. He also let me know that I’m in need of an alignment. Even though that’s not a service they provide, he still took the time to give me recommendations so I knew where to go next. Nick and the other team member who was helping me both made sure I was completely taken care of, no questions asked. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. Nick deserves some serious recognition for the way he treats customers and goes above and beyond. Employees like him are what make people want to keep coming back.
