Deseret Book is a welcoming store with a friendly and helpful staff. Though not as large as some locations in Utah, it offers a great variety of beautifully displayed books, gifts, and specialty foods, making it a great spot for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Customers appreciate the quality of goods and the warm atmosphere. Some have noted that while the store is nice, it may not be as well-stocked as other locations. Additionally, a concern was raised regarding the placement of maternity garments, which could be challenging for pregnant women. Visitors can also enjoy a delicious ice cream shop located at the back of the store.
I'm not Mormon but there's a good BYU Creamery ice cream shop in the back corner and an interesting collection of religious artwork to look at while eating your ice cream.
