Extremely poor customer service. Went in to do a money transfer at 9am right as they opened. Instead of sending the transfer they sat on their hands until 2:45pm and then decided they felt like working. DO NOT BANK HERE. They do not value their customers whatsoever.

The BEST part about this branch is Kolton! I don't know if he holds any management position there but he is the friendliest and best agent I have worked with there by far! He always knows who I am and has my information ready to go as soon as he sees me! We have a business account with Granite and I have worked with many associates but he is worth 10 stars if I could give them. The other workers have all been very friendly as well and I have never had a problem. (Give Kolton a raise! Or have him lead a training for the other agents! Truly a super star)

I would not recommend getting a loan through Granite credit union. They did not communicate my payments on my auto loan nor did they establish the date I was due. I didn’t receive a packet for my new loan through them, they are not wanting to work with you. The worst bank I have dealt with.

We use two other Credit Unions and in the less than a year we have been at Granite, this is the second and last time they have messed up. It will be the last because we are closing accounts and going to try a different credit union. We were going to use this account at Granite for property taxes. Today we received two emails. The first time stamp was around 621 am and the second email was 702 am. The emails said ; "This email has been generated as a result of change to your status for Online Payment Processing for Granite Credit Union account number XXXXXX-X. Your new status is Suspended. This change will have affected any payments you have scheduled that have not yet been processed. We appreciate your business. Thank you for using Online Payment " I called Granite and had to leave my number because of so many on hold. After 1/2 hour not getting a call back I went to the quarry bend Granite office where I was told that all their customers got this message in error. Granite finally (AT 1041 am...over 4 hours after the first email) send an oops we bad email. Looks like they don't know what they are doing or at least have some very inept contractors working on and handling their customers accounts. Be wary of Granite.....after many years with two other credit unions we have never had any issues.

Refinancing with Granite was simple and efficient. Granite reps communicated clearly about timing and provided excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Been with GCU for 13 years now. Checking, savings, and one personal loan over the years. The only issue I have is when they put a hold on large checks being cashed. In the past they have held my Christmas bonus up to three weeks before it cleared. With what digital technology, it’s 2019, we should have these transactions within the next 24 business hours.

Extremely thankful for this location. On several occasions I have come into this Granite Credit Union on a lunch break or immediately after work to look into something on my account. Either a number isn't exactly what I thought it would be, a deposit was needed, a withdrawal, etc. I tend to go here a lot (at least twice a month), and even with all of my questions the staff has always been so helpful, patient and courteous. Today I worked with a wonderful woman who's name I forgot to grab... She was so polite and extremely helpful. Their printer was acting up and she couldn't print out the statement for me, but she offered to go through the area I was most interested in. She literally read aloud each item for me and we were able to find the exact reason for the difference in 120.00 in my account. Her doing that for me gave me such a great piece of mind and her hard work was so appreciated! I just wish I had her asked for her name to give her credit in this review. Thank you Granite Credit Union for being so dependable!
