“Veronica DeArmas Benefits Advisor help me enroll over to Molina using multiple platforms. Also helped with making multiple phone calls to Medicare and Medicaid gathering all the information I needed and made the enrollment so easy for me. She also went into detail explaining my coverage and making sure my primary care doctor was part of Molina. Then went in to detail on my prescriptions and their coverage. “I got a letter in the mail, my credit card had expired. So my payment was late. I was due for a procedure the next day. I called and I got a very helpful person on the phone. It wasn’t about five minutes and they had gotten me all taken care of. I decided to switch my automatic payment to checking instead of my credit card. Just to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
