The care and attention in helping me choose the perfect pieces for the space in my apartment. I loved all the furniture and I have been recommending Action Home Furniture to my coworkers, my friends and even the Office management in the Apartment Complex! The delivery persons were so wonderful as well. More stars for them. They took such good care and cation, not only of my furniture but the surroundings also. Not once did the furniture touch the outside pavement or the hallway floors without a moving quilt placed under it first. If you are looking for furniture, the quality, pricing and customer service is unmatched. Make this your first choice!

“Travis is awesome. My wife just had a liver transplant at a hospital near the store. We forgot to take her purple pillow to the hospital. I called Travis and he sold me a pillow and found a way to get it to the hospital. It means so much. What an awesome company.”

Add on (28 June)- The warehouse sent us the wrong mattress. We didn’t realize it right away but after a few nights we decided to go to the store and double check that we did in fact receive the wrong mattress. Again, Micheal was there to help and got our new mattress delivered and checked the very next day. He followed up with texts and a phone calls. Very helpful and very happy how this incident was taken care of so quickly!”

He helped us find exactly what we wanted, he also shared a interesting fact about furniture row, they outright own all their pieces. That is why they offer quality and a unbeatable price. On our has we opted for delivery for a reasonable price, the delivery was damaged by their third party twice causing it to arrive later than expected, hyrum was more than willing to work with us and find solutions to keep our satisfaction because of this we were not upset at all. When the couch made it into our home it was delivered by Lorenzo, Vic, and Nick. This bunch of joyous individuals were nothing but smiles and laughs. They were able to bring in the couch, place it where we wanted, installed the legs, and were out the door a hour before they were scheduled to be there. Every step of the process was met with the highest level of professionalism. I recommend everyone to this place as they have earned a forever customer out of me and my family. Well done!”

“Low pressure sales, high value product. I mean, you spend a third of your life asleep. The guys here really take their time to let you try out as many beds as possible without pressuring you to get the bigger or more expensive model. They take the time to understand what you need, how much you're willing to spend, and find something for you. It took my husband and I almost an hour to figure out which bed we wanted and the sales guy never got annoyed or rushed us. There were 2 other people in the store who were also taking their time trying out different models and seeing how it felt on their side verses on their back.... No one was rushed. No one was urged to pick this or that one. They really care whether you fall in love with what you get.”
