After reading stellar reviews about all of the 2 brothers locations, I figured I'd try the Highland Drive location. They were able to find me a fantastic mattress well under my budget!! They let us try several, and the one we liked best was actually one of the cheapest! They definitely listened to what I wanted and needed and considered that over making a profit. I have referred them to everyone in the market for a mattress and when I need to replace our aging mattresses in my kids' rooms, I won't hesitate to go there!!”

“I have always though mattress firm was a scam, to be honest. I had never been in one, but they were always there, and it doesn't market well to the younger generation. But I was really impressed with how easy it was to get in, find what we needed (because the staff knew so much), and get delivery set up. I even told them that I was just going to buy a mattress off of Amazon, and the saleswoman mentioned that she had done that and regretted it. I like being able to relate and learn from other peoples experiences. You spend almost half your life sleeping, and most of that is hopefully on your bed, mattress firm has 0% financing which was amazing so I can start getting my beauty sleep while I save up, instead of saving up first. And every time I think about how expensive a mattress is (which is just a fact, not what I thought I'd be spending my money on) I can remember how great of a deal I got and how amazing an experience it was! (Shoutout specifically to Michelle, her amazing office supplies, and the guy she was working with, who I think was her manager?)”

“Quality furniture with a large selection of styles. Kae, the sales representative was most helpful. She visited our home a few times so she could get a good sense of what we wanted. Kae was very knowledgeable about interior design and a great help with selecting fabrics, working with different colors and how things should flow. She was patient and not pushy. Austin, another sales rep, helped us on one occasion as well and he was also very accommodating. Honestly, all the employees from billing to delivery were extremely nice. Our experience was a positive one and we love how our new furniture looks in our home! We would highly recommend going to Forsey's.”

“If you order from crate and barrel, I recommend doing pick up. Saves some money and based off the reviews saves time and hassle. The only issue I had with pick up is I got a call to schedule an hour window to pick up my desk. When I called back, a different lady from the person who left a voicemail told me they don’t deal with crate and barrel and I had to contact them directly to sort out scheduling. She wasn’t the nicest about it either. So I was worried after seeing the reviews and after that phone call that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up.The warehouse was easy to find, they had a little crate and barrel sign. we pulled to the side of the building and checked in. I wish I got the names of the staff that helped us cause they were great. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in fast. We waited at the garage for a little and the guy loaded up my desk into our truck. Very friendly guy and fast. We had a nice little conversation, signed off on the pick up, and were on our way. Anyway this is a long review to say I really suggest doing pick up rather than delivery based on the reviews.”

“I purchased an adjustable base and a hybrid mattress from Casper Mattress in the Fashion Place Mall. I have waited a few months before writing a review so it will be reflective of this purchase and how I feel about the bed. First, the service was excellent. I was initially concerned about the fact that I live in an adjacent state than where the store is located. But was happy to learn that that wax no issue and how thd bed would be shipped to me. I felt no pressure at all from the sales person. Rather, he was concerned with finding out what my actual needs were to direct me to the bed that would best fit my back issues. I didn’t feel awkward about asking questions regarding a number of concerns I had when looking for a new bed. I have had an adjustable bed for about 15 years and needed a new one. I appreciated knowing Casper’s return policy on beds. I found the bed I felt was best for me. The mattress and adjustable base were sent to me and set up. I have had the mattress a few months now and I’m very happy with both the mattress and the adjustable base. The whole experience has been remarkably easy!! Much easier than I anticipated, which I am very happy about!!!!”

“My mom bought from here a year ago and got a great deal for a couch and a mattress set. I believe everything was around $400. They stored her furniture for a year for free because our home wasn't ready yet. They lost her information but found our address to track her down to give her the furniture because it was long overdue in their storage facility. Then she ended up trading it for a whole new furniture set that was beautiful and expensive according to my mom she says other places would sell the loveseat/couch set for $3000 but she said she got it for $1600 - $1800. She got a great deal from Jose the owner & they came and delivered it so quickly to our home.A few weeks ago I bought from Carlos (owner's son) my son a nice gray queen bed frame with a mattress for $900 with delivery and set up.And then yesterday I bought from Carlos (owner) another nice black queen bed frame ($299) with a memory foam mattress (retails for $899 but he dropped pricing to $699) included delivery and set up for $1000. They came within half an hour of purchasing to deliver it to my home.You literallt cannot go wrong here bc they're a family owned local business. They're very sweet & located not too far from my home (right next to Glendale Beto's which used to be the best Beto's location in all of Utah but not anymore bc food quality & customer service has gone down) so I'll be back to buy furniture for my room very soon.”
