“We went in for Labor Day. It was both my partner’s and my first time ever going into a mattress store. We were worried about being pressured into something we didn’t want and were pleased that the experience wasn’t at all like that. A sales person greeted us right away. I told them I was looking at Sealys and she directed us to them. I told her I had seen bad reviews about DreamCloud and she said the DreamCloud is actually a great mattress and we should try it out and see for ourselves. Then she left us browsing and trying mattresses. We must have tried all of them by the end. She checked on us one more time before we made our decision. Wouldn’t you know it, we decided on the DreamCloud. The sales process was quick, no hassle, and no pressure to pay more for a more expensive mattress. We got a free adjustable base with the Labor Day sale and we went with in house financing which was also extremely quick for an approval process. Overall great experience and I’m super happy with our purchase and excited to receive it.”
