“Great Casper location to work with. They could not be more informative, or customer service oriented. Kirsten the store manager is on top of her game. We ordered a mattress in September, and they held it in the store for us until January when we returned to our Park City home for skiing. They were able to make sure the warranty and trial period did not start until we picked up the mattress and there were so many other customer service touches that I could not recommend them more highly. Bed is great too!!!!”
