1 star is WAY too high for Progressive! We were hit by a Progressive client. Even though they were 100% at fault, it has been a complete nightmare to work with Progressive. You might save money by using this “insurance company” but you better hope you never actually have a claim.

wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to nobody. when i would call for updates on my claim they were all either impatient or not helpful at all and also my insurance literally goes up every month for who know what damn reason.

Drunk driver hit my wife and insurance guy lied to me multiple times trying to get me to sign for a terrible value on my car. After no progress had to hire an attorney to dispute my claim for me. Ended up getting about 3k more for my car than they originally tried to manipulate me into signing for.
