*The only reason why I even listed a star on this review is because it is a requirement. Progressive is a company that I have invested in as a "regular consumer" and "everyday civilian" that lives in Utah. Unfortunately, this company and their representatives have NOT done much at all to Help and serve their loyal Guests(This includes myself). I have already PAID for my Dues and have been unsatisfied with how I have NOT been treated. I HAVE ALREADY PAID for Everything from 'Full Coverage to Collision all the way down to Liability..' And the representatives over UTAH have still yet to do anything to assist. This is a result of "CONSUMER REDRESS" & "ECONOMIC INJURY". It is Frustrating and Unfortunate that it is a requirement and law in Utah for "THE PEOPLE" to hold an insurance policy, just to then be required to pay for individuals in this company, to then turn back to us and refuse to properly do their job(serving "THE PEOPLE"). This needs to change! Review, Comment, and Actually take action

The worst insurance ever they don’t cover you if you have policies with them either way if your car is hit by their insurance. But if you don’t pay “on time” they charge you 20 box every day. Unfair!!!!!!!!

Worst insurance ever, they don’t cover your damages. Tons of time to wait for claims responses, people is mad when they answer. If you don’t have money that you want to waste go for it.

Recently I was involved in a car accident. I had heard horror stories from my friends about working with insurance companies and wasn't sure what to expect. My experience was just the opposite of what I heard. Much of my interaction was with Amanda. Progressive Insurance is lucky to have her on the front line. She was knowledgeable, punctual at follow through, and level-headed. I could not have been more pleased in working with Progressive.

Pray to whatever god you believe in that you never have to actually use them for the services and purpose you’re paying them for. They will not pay for everything, and they will make excuses why. And you also might have to press charges.

Terrible experience with my claims specialist and even his supervisor. After multiple attempts and voicemails to my claims specialist, I never heard back. No out of office email or anything. When I did finally talk with him, he did not inform me of all the necessary steps into me obtaining my salvaged vehicle (it was deemed a total loss, but I chose to keep the salvage title bc it was only the bumper that received damage). So, when I had to return my rental vehicle, I still did not have my own vehicle back.When I asked for additional accommodations to get down to Midvale or work (ubers, car rental, expedited towing of my own vehicle), I was denied.I asked to be transferred to his supervisor. He said he would message her, and she was available. But he did not have the ability to transfer me, so she would have to call me. SIX HOURS LATER - she calls me. Even though she was JUST available. Now, I understand that she wouldn't call me within 5 minutes because he needed to speak to her about my claim. But SIX HOURS - for an upset customer. Doesn't indicate good customer service to me.Once she FINALLY called me, she proceeded to say there is nothing additional they can do. As I explained that her supervise did not communicate appropriately, her only solution was "I will talk with him." No rental car for me and no end in sight for when they will tow my vehicle back to me. She even threatened me by saying "If I wanted to I have the ability to declare your vehicle a total loss and not give you the option to keep the vehicle with a salvage title then there would be nothing we would have to do."Isn't the purpose of insurance to make you whole? Rental coverage until I get my vehicle back - not even repaired (which I agreed to do myself), but just back in my own driveway?I had been a loyal Progressive customer for over 7 years, and after my experience, I think a change may be in order.

Their customer hit us. They refused to cover all the damages saying it wasn't related even though it was in the same area as the collision. They paid $5000 to repair our car, but wouldn't pay an extra $400 to finish the job. Jeff and his boss Simon Baker accused us of insurance fraud. Simon's boss Sean O'Brian never returned a single phone call or text. This company is shady. If they wouldn't cover a bumper, who knows what personal injuries they might decline. I had a motorcycle policy with them as well. I have cancelled that policy and went with a more expensive company because they aren't trustworthy.

Norma is amazing. Everything was so stressful and she swooped in and handled it all like a warrior insurance goddess. She is so personable and kind, and she made me feel much more at ease in a very stressful situation.

I would give a better score because the fiood is good. But I ordered the lunch cheeseburger deal for $5 and it came to $7:15.... Is tax that high??
