Fast and professional. Like that they have a text number on their listing. Responded quickly, then were prepared and efficient when I arrived. Was getting an extension for my Kuat rack.

Grayson was very helpful helping me figure out the perfect bike rack to hold 2 heavy e-bikes on the back of an RV. It's not as easy as it sounds to find this. haha Thank you Grayson
