Bought a new ski rack. Called in the morning to set an appointment for 1 pm. Install was done in 15 minutes. Friendly folks and quick service is a great combination.

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Customer service was amazing. I didn’t know anything about Thule racks and they spent the time to educate me regarding options and installation. No wonder they have so many positive reviews.

This place deserves your business. I bought a Thule car rack from a neighbor that ended up having a broken part and a few other issues that were not disclosed. I brought it in having buyers remorse and without a recipe the warranty was null. I was helped by Jaedin Johnson who took a look at it for me and fixed the issues within an hour and at a more than fair price. I would definitely recommend them, they made a customer for life.

Technician I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained my options for what I was looking to do and helped me pick out a bike carrier based on my needs. It was a quick and easy process and I’m very happy so far. Had to order a part for me so we’re not done yet, but I expect it will be great.
Update. Got everything installed on Wednesday. It was done in the time frame they promised, i was shown everything i needed to know about my new rack and the tow bar and i am beyond pleased. Rack and Road is awesome
