0 stars, i have an account there, and i want to deposit my coins (first time do in it) and no one want to help me, then they give a paper rolls for my coins to fill it, i do it and then tell me they can’t do it because they dont have the machine to count coins (????) so why they give the papers in the first place if they dont have the machine to count coins IN A BANK.

Naomi the bank teller didn't respond when I asked if she was available, she just walked away. I have had issues too many times now that im seriously changing banks, she was snotty and rude.

Worst bank you can choose from any U.S. bank locations. ATMs all ways have problems and now we need to wait for 45 Days to give us our money back “seriously”

Telling people their money will be available in one business because a hold to verify info and when it gets down to it the money still isn’t released and won’t take ownership of giving incorrect info. Now i am going to take my business along with those who opened up an account elsewhere. They also want to argue with clients while other clients are in the branch

All the branches by me have closed down so I had to make the trip out here. Something happened to my account in September or October that looks like fraud. But they can only see 90 days of transactions. They were no help. They only have a temporary manager named Danny Cowan. He has no cards, and no ability to help customers. The complete lack of customer service was discussing. It looks like Danny is here to close the branch down so they don’t care about their customers.

My partner and I tried to go in around 4pm, a whole hour before closing, to open a joint account (we both have existing accounts). Person there said it was too late and basically refused to help us. He spent a lot of time trying to convince us to either come back earlier, which is impossible due to work schedules, or trying to get us to go to a different branch. Pretty ridiculous considering he had also just gotten into work. I’m not going to bother with trying to come to this location again, they don’t seem interested in trying to help customers out.

This is absolutely the worst branch of US Bank. We moved all our accounts out of this branch because of the idiots working there. I went there the other day to buy a visa gift card and not one person knew how to do it up to the branch manager. Really guys?? Get with it. There also is never anyone working there, they literally have one teller.

The tellers at this location treated my husband like a criminal for asking for a cashiers check to pay off our car loan at another bank. They insisted him writting a personal check instead so they wouldn't have to back the money 100% We had well over the asking amount in our acct to cover the cost of the payoff plus have extra in our accts, but, after todays treatment we'll be looking to continue building our credit with another financial institution. Enjoy losing two more customers with perfect credit history I suppose..

Made a withdrawal today over 1k, the banker that helped me was Lori. Ended up giving my money to someone else, along with my ID and debit card. I get people make mistakes however, in this industry it's mistake that shouldn't be made. Very disappointed.

Yeah. Definitely getting a new bank. They responded with \\\"email us\\\" when my complaint is that I can't access a BRANCH. Really? Not very intelligent of US Bank to say email us when I NEED TO GO INTO A BRANCH!!! I'm not new to banks, I know when I need to go into a branch.

Worst, slowest and most unorganized drive-thru ever. Always need to wait 30-40 minutes just for a deposit. Stay away from this branch. Drive 5 minutes longer and go to a better branch.

This branch's drive thru is slower than anything I have ever seen!! They have three lanes, and who knows how many tellers, and yet, despite all that, they only help one lane at a time! It is asinine!! I absolutely cannot believe that they can't help more than one lane at a time!!! I have been there six times and all six times, one lane is being helped at a time!! My second complaint with this branch is that the third lane is not wide enough for anything other than a very small car. I have seen trucks get stuck in the lane. So if you have a large car, you won't be able to fit in the third lane!!

This is the worst bank as far as customer service skills. You will stand in line while they all stare at you and do NOT ever greet you. Then they will help the drive thru even if you were there for 10 min before the person in drive thru came. Who they end up leaving till she starts honking aggressively. Ignored the small honks so she had to lay on the horn. Heard her ask for the manager. I wish this location would just close and it's the closest one to me. I have never gone i
