Using the excuse that your short staffed so persons can't use the drive through is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pull around and walk in during hours of operation when the drive through is open. If you don't want to assist customers in the drive through shut the lights off so people know it's unavailable.

Naomi the bank teller didn't respond when I asked if she was available, she just walked away. I have had issues too many times now that im seriously changing banks, she was snotty and rude.
