“Im not sure why every other review is complaining about price. My cats neuter surgery ended up costing 1/2 as much as our local animal hospital (Copper View) was wanting to charge. All the staff was great! Laura greeted us when we came in, and also help answer any concerns we had that the doctor didn’t go over. She even called the day after to check on how he was recovering. Will definitely come again. They cared for my baby as much as I do.”

“I love this vet! Both Dr. Weimer and Dr. Van Wagoner are wonderful to work with. From the front desk staff, who are so knowledgeable and helpful, and somehow seem to remember everything about my puppy, Cora, each time I call, to the clean and quiet exam rooms, I actually enjoy bringing Cora in for exams. And Cora enjoys it, too! She loves all the attention, love and care that she gets from the staff here. She basically sprints in the door to say hi to everyone. The staff answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly and are clearly providing the best advice for both pets and their owners. So glad that I found this vet!”

From the very first phone call to Copper View Veterinary in Riverton, we were met with nothing but kindness, compassion, and urgency. The staff immediately understood the situation and got us in right away. Every single person we interacted with was gentle, patient, and genuinely caring. They treated Crackers with dignity and treated us with such empathy during an incredibly painful moment. They never made us feel rushed and made sure we had the time and space we needed to say goodbye. In a moment that felt overwhelming and heartbreaking, their warmth made all the difference. I will forever be grateful that they were there for us in his final moments. Because of the compassion and professionalism we experienced today, Copper View has earned our trust completely. “I took my cat in for some missing teeth and met Dr. Carlos. He checked my cat, promptly diagnosed her, and provided some pain meds/antibiotics, just in case, as he thought it was due to an impact (my cat sliding around on the floor and running into the wall or something). After that, my cat possibly had a reaction, likely to the antibiotics. As such, I rushed her back. Despite them being very busy that day, they made it a point to see me as quick as possible. I had originally thought I overdosed her on the antibiotics. Not only did Dr. Whitty set the record straight that I had not overdosed her, he helped calm my other fears, and did what he could to help my cat feel better. I also feel the staff here is direct but friendly. I think the directness is due to a mix of the profession, and their integrity. In summary, I had 2 vet visits in 3 days, and they showed the most compassion as someone worrying about their family member who was very ill. Not only that, but their staff are well experienced and amazing to work with, from the receptionists to the doctors.”

“I think I posted earlier - but I would be so happy to do it again - we have used them for over 15 years for the care for our Puppies - always good to better results - but last night our puppy had to be put down - I've never been treated so good graciously and with empathy - we did go to another Emergicare 24-hour facility- late at night - it was absolutely horrible- the next day we went Too Long Peak- never been treated so graciously we care for us and the puppy - we love them to the Moon!!”
