We have had a lot of changes to our policy over just the last 4 months and they are always on top of the changes and have everything done in a timely manner for us. I have sent a LOT of emails to them for everything I need and to find the best. Policies and what idlf we need this or that and what does this mean questions and they are fantastic and so sweet!! They never get short or impatient with my lack of insurance knowledge and never make me feel bad for not knowing or understanding anything!! They always break it down and are so patient with me. I could not of asked for a better company to work with with it comes to insurance!! Also, when I have had a claim it is the EASIEST process I have ever had. I have heard nightmare stories, but with Shari and Kyle I feel so confident that if we ever need it (hopefully not) but they are there to help everything go so smooth!!!
