“We had such a great experience shopping for a suit at Mr. Mac! Before coming here, we had gone to another suit store where the staff couldn't even tell us what materials their suits were made from, and we struggled to find a suit that fit well for a long torso and shorter arms.
The moment we walked into Mr. Mac, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Trevor was absolutely fabulous! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different suit fabrics and explained which options would be best for the climate my son will be living in over the next couple of years. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find a suit that fit perfectly.
It often feels like great customer service has become a thing of the past, but that definitely isn't the case at Mr. Mac. They are accommodating, professional, and genuinely care about helping their customers. If you're looking for a quality suit and outstanding service, I highly recommend Mr. Mac. “I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses for cycling. I wear contact lenses and need as much protection from the wind as possible for my eyes.
Two male employees helped me. One even took me outside to test the difference between regular and polarized sunglasses.
I also ending up buying a pair of the Meta AI sunglasses. They fit well and will be great for walks or bike rides so I can listen through the side earpiece speakers. I will also use the info, photo and video options.”

“Able to do a computerized body scan to give you your current waist and chest sizes, very helpful, even though I recently lost some weight and my waist size is now 38 too small for their slacks. Their waist sizes start I. The 40-42 range.”
“This uptown Cheapskate is very well stocked. I got in and out so fast and their offer was pretty good. I think we all like to think our used clothes, shoes and accessories are worth more than what they offer but I feel they offer fairly. The staff was kind and respectful of items they took and those they didn't. This location being downtown definitely doesn't have the best parking but the one in sugar house isn't much better with the parking. I do think overall they offer more than other stores like this.”
“My daughter LOVED this place! I think we ended up getting the entire volleyball team to pick out shoes! Excellent selection and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We found out they do have a website that lists all shoes and sizes in stock. No more asking what sizes in five different pairs! We got the neon orange dunks and a pair of blue dunks. “The atom sneaker helped my pain tremendously as I was working to heal my plantar fasciitis. (Had a pretty painful onset of it due to a flare from rheumatoid arthritis) The atom 2 sneaker helped me be able to jog again. The boots helped me able to wear something other than a sneaker this winter without pain! Thank you Kuru! I have my mom and husband hooked on them. It helps their foot pain as well.”

“I wanted to shoutout the exceptional customer service from one of the Managers Gabby on multiple occasions. She has been extremely kind and very knowledgeable about products and processes and was able to resolve an issue with UPS on an order for me. I’ve had great experiences with everyone I’ve encountered and I honestly prefer going in store to shop at this point just for the great conversation! Gotta also shoutout how clean and organized their store always is and has a great balance of stock to choose from between shoes and apparel.”
