She has been extremely kind and very knowledgeable about products and processes and was able to resolve an issue with UPS on an order for me. While traveling through Salt Lake City International Airport, my feet were really hurting, so I stopped into Johnston & Murphy hoping to find something that might make my shoes more comfortable. Viviana went out of her way to help me and provided exactly what I needed to make the rest of my airport walk a little easier.
What impressed me most was her kindness. I wasn’t there making a big purchase—she simply saw a traveler who needed some help and provided outstanding customer service.
If you’re traveling through SLC, stop by Johnston & Murphy in Concourse A Plaza and ask for Viviana. And leave a little room in your carry-on—you may just find a new pair of shoes while you’re there! 😊

“This is a great Allen Edmond’s location. I have had good service from the staff, and they have had the items I was looking for (shoe cream). Typically, you are headed to A.E. And already know what you are looking for. If you aren’t familiar with the brand, this is a good location to check them out.”

“Writing reviews for a retail store isn’t something I typically do unless I’ve had a truly horrific experience, but my experience at this store today deserves to be shared!
Due to health issues, my weight has fluctuated quite a bit over the past few years, and as a result, I haven’t bought or worn jeans in a long time. I decided to give it a shot today, fully convinced I’d leave empty-handed—but the girls here were NOT going to let that happen!
They helped me find different styles, brought me a million different sizes because I had no idea what size I was, talked through my options, and genuinely helped me figure out what they thought looked best on me. I honestly get emotional thinking about it because I walked in feeling pretty insecure and sad, and I left feeling like a total diva. 🥹❤
This store is full of true girls’ girls, and I feel so lucky that I had their help today. Sometimes a little kindness and encouragement can mean so much more than people realize. Thank you for making me feel confident again! ❤”

“The atom sneaker helped my pain tremendously as I was working to heal my plantar fasciitis. (Had a pretty painful onset of it due to a flare from rheumatoid arthritis) The atom 2 sneaker helped me be able to jog again. The boots helped me able to wear something other than a sneaker this winter without pain! Thank you Kuru! I have my mom and husband hooked on them. It helps their foot pain as well.”
“A good samaritan turned in a wallet my son had dropped outside of this store. An employee then took the wallet to lost and found. My 8 year old son had birthday cash in his wallet and was devastated that he had lost it. We are so grateful that this employee turned in his wallet.
