“They were so kind! Knowledgeable and definitely helpful! I needed to get a vest for my husband and they helped find the vest told me if he didnt like it i could come back and get something he liked. He ended up loving the vest! And got a patch put on. And it took 5 minutes to get back! Definitely will come back!”
“I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses for cycling. I wear contact lenses and need as much protection from the wind as possible for my eyes.
Two male employees helped me. One even took me outside to test the difference between regular and polarized sunglasses.
I also ending up buying a pair of the Meta AI sunglasses. They fit well and will be great for walks or bike rides so I can listen through the side earpiece speakers. I will also use the info, photo and video options.”
“Friendly and very nice to help you. Was there for a dress shirt for church and found them to be expensive but also have not shopped them around. They do a buy one get one 50% most the time. At least the few times I have bought shirts there. Good selection and great inventory.”

“Had some return to do my husband and son came and my son mentioned he wanted new shoes we showed up late. 15 mins before closing but 3 stores turned us down even though we showed up before 8pm. All of the employees welcomes us in even me I showed up after 8pm they were so helpful and didn’t seem in a rush to get us out. Well enjoyed my stop by”
“Didn't know they didn't open until 11 and I got there about 10. Lauren said she would pull out the shoes I needed so I could come back later. Went back about 2:30 and she had the shoes sitting on the counter waiting for me. Was an awesome experience!!!!! Thank you Lauren.”

“Today I was desperate to find something to look my best while at Fashion Place Mall. I found what I was looking for at the Madewell there. Honestly, I’ve never thought that I looked decent in any other clothes. But I had the help of their stylist, Didi, as well as other staff members, including Kayan, Ashley and Julie. Together they helped me find what I needed and feel great about myself at the end of it all. Having their help, I realize it’s not that the clothes didn’t look good on me, I just needed some expertise and everyone there has it. I will definitely be going back.”

“Yesterday, I purchased my very first pair of Dr. Martens. A friendly sales associate named Kenzie approached me and was incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes. Initially, I thought I was just buying a pair of shoes, but she revealed that there’s more to it than just the appearance. She explained the different types of leather, the breaking-in process, and the importance of fit. Kenzie made me feel at ease and was not intimidating at all. Her expertise in her job was evident, and I ended up leaving with two pairs of shoes! The atmosphere was great, and the people were friendly. Can’t wait to purchase more!”

“I stopped in right before closing this weekend and was greeted by Jill she was super nice and helpful. She helped me get all the sizes I needed and didn’t rush me at all. Today I went in because I was so happy with my size experience this weekend I bought more clothes. Sarah was really nice. She pointed me in the right direction and even helped me find the discount rack for all the markdowns. Extremely happy with the customer service I received and will definitely be coming I got up front parking and was able to navigate their beautiful store.”
