“THE ONLY SMOKE SHOP U WILL EVER WANT TO GO TO. No joke! The guy that works here Tirell is the NICEST, most knowledgeable in everything he sells in the shop, if they don't carry it you can even text him a picture of what it is you need and he will order it to the store for you and call you when it is ready to be picked up! They price match too which really makes it pointless to need to go to any other shop! He even has said if I call him he can stay open a little bit later, and last week I did just that and he kept true to his word! Every store closes early now a days and rushes to get you out of the store by the exact minute on the dot that they close, other stores are rude and could care less that you are paying their rent with your business... not Tirell- this guy is always stoked to help you and make you as happy and satisfied with your purchase as he can! LOVE this place I will never go anywhere else!!!”

I come here to pick up the 2 things that keep me seizure free and pain free and its been tricky to find a consistently good product in the valley. But here? They carry it all. “When I came into Tinderbox, I was really overwhelmed at first. I had no idea where to start since I'm still pretty new to the world of cigars and tobacco; there is a lot to learn and choose from. But each time I've come in, I've always been greeted, ID'd, and shown a lot of kindness and hospitality. (Unlike some other places I've been to... Im lookin' at you, Beehive ?) One of the employees at the Box, Dax, always answers all of my questions without judgment, and he has really helped me figure out what I like and what to pair my smokes with. That dude is a wealth of knowledge and is super passionate about tobacco. For real, if you have any questions at all, ask him! He can help you!
Overall, the Box has quite a good selection and chill vibes. Definitely my recommendation over anywhere else in the valley.”

“BY FAR the best smoke shop in Utah. The nicest staff I’ve ever met, and the lowest prices I’ve ever seen. I work all around the valley so I don’t get there as much as I’d like, but out of everywhere I’ve been, this place is miles ahead of anyone else. Great Kratom selection for the best price you’ll find anywhere. I was recently somewhere else that charged almost double for the exact same brand and size of Kratom. The gentleman I always seem to work with is always super nice, and often throws in samples for me to try. I was there about an hour ago and received two fairly big samples of a new brand he was going to start carrying to test out. Multiple times he has given me deals without me even asking, or if what I was looking for was a little bit more then I could spend.. This is the only place I ever want to shop at, and it’s the only place anyone else should shop at. Great store.”

“These guys (and gals) are always really personable, attentive and are usually cheaper than any other smoke shop that I've been to with exception to cigarettes. You may have to wait a minute or two while they help the person who was there before you but if you want that attention to service and personalization and have your every question answered, it's worth your time. One other benefit is they are open till 10:00 p.m. whereas most places close at 9pm.”
