Completely my fault. Asked if it’s possible to refund- or if it would be a hassle. Lightly mentioned it’d be a long process and was trying to find a resolve immediately. I decided to just keep this product to make it easy. On the way out, he handed me another product to try, to make up for it (again- was my mistake). These guys are great. The last straw was a couple of days ago when I'm at counter and get waved off by that one fella as another customer enters through the back and he requires that person to be helped first. I simply said okay but this will be the last time you wave me off to the back of line??????????? I dont know why, after 3 or 4 times of this i get sick of him seeing me as a ignorant person. P.S. have a predicted pushed onto a good day day!!!”
