“5+ stars. While driving from Seattle, WA to Arizona my diesel PU blew off the Turbo Intercooler hose leaving me stranded just outside of Monticello. Got towed in and called Schafer's the next morning. They got me in that day and one day later we were back on the road. When you're out seemingly in the middle of nowhere and find someone not only willing to work on your truck but knowledgeable enough to fix it right was true peace of mind! To top it off their prices were very fair. Thanks to Schafers and thier staff.”

“Brad is a professional and had so knowledgeable about our Toyota Tundra. He definitely has a customer service ethos. He was honest with us and spoke to us truthfully at every turn. There were points where some other mechanic might have overcharged us, but Brad always told us at every Point and showed us what to expect. He went very far above and beyond, even driving our truck to a restaurant in town to pick us up. when we had questions, he patiently answered every single one of them and give us advice on future vehicles.
