The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Tori at the front desk was amazing, so kind, helpful, and welcoming.

“We were in Dome #8. What a view!! The experience was TERRIFIC!! The dome was immaculately clean, well maintained and again, WHAT A VIEW. The kitchen was adequate, the bathroom good (great shower - lots of hot water). We would eagerly go back and happy recommend!!”

“Stayed here when we decided to stop during a snow storm in the dark. It was our 3rd or 4th visit here over the last few years - all of them lay minute stops on road trips. The prices are what initially drew me in as they’ve been at least $15 cheaper than other locations in Monticello - which is nice when you aren’t expecting to have to stop & get a room due to weather, tire blow out, exhaustion, etc. Customer service is great & friendly each time, I personally adore the family run businesses when they all seem to care about it. Rooms are slightly dated (updates aren’t cheap ?) but every room we’ve stayed in is well cared for, maintained and very clean. Each time I’ve stayed, there has been improvements in the rooms from the last time. Should I need to stop in Monticello again, this will be the first place I check.

We didn’t have an issue with noise from neighboring rooms like others mentioned but could clearly hear the snow plows throughout the night (typical really). The motel wasn’t empty but there were a decent number of guests.”
