Was offered snacks! Every employee that walked through greeted me. Tech was very professional in my car video. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Couldn’t have gone smoother. Great job!”

“My tire light came on about 25 miles from nowhere. Google showed a little place in Morgan called "Little Lube & Tire", so I headed that way. When I pulled-in, I took a little good-natured heat from the guys there about my foreign car. "My Maserati is like an Italian Camaro", I told them, haha. It was all in fun, but they got up and went to work for me. We discovered a tough-to-fix situation, and I decided I needed to get it home (over 70 miles from Morgan). They patched-me-up good-enough to make that trip, and put the wheel back on.Then they wouldn't let me pay them, nor would the techs let me tip them. I tried a couple of times, but couldn't change their minds.This is how we used to be in this society. We used to be able to kid each other, tease a little bit good-naturedly, and then go about making an honest living. We used to know when it was right to charge someone, and we used to err always on the side of what's right, and honest. We used to care about each other and the way we fit into and affect others' situations.Apparently nobody has informed Little Tire & Lube that we aren't really like that any longer.What a refreshing way to experience a flat tire.Thank You, Little Tire & Lube!”

“Jeff was fantastic. He came out on Monday to look at my lawn tractor. He determined that I needed a new carburetor. He quickly ordered one and it was here on Tuesday morning. He came out and installed it and performed an oil change also. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable . My mower runs great now. I will definitely be having him come out to service my mower every spring. I would highly recommend him. If you are having any small engine repair problems give him a call. “The Morgan Young Ford service was night and day better than the Ogden Young Ford. They were courteous, professional, attentive, and actually listened to me when I explained the issues when I dropped off the car. Issues that I was told in Ogden could not be fixed, were taken care of here. My only negative was related to communication. I had a morning appointment and did not get a status update on my car until the end of the day. Thankfully, first thing in the morning they were able to get the last issue fixed and the car was ready for pickup by 9:30 am the following day. I would highly recommend this location over other Ford dealer service options in the area.”
