We just got our custom beef order a couple weeks ago. The cuts from the half cow are perfect. So many steaks, roasts, hamburger, patties and other assortment to use. The packaging is top notch. Ive been going here for about 5 years now and they have gone above and beyond for us. Last purchase I had an issue and they jumped through hoops to fix the issue immediately.
