I owe this shop big time! had my absolutely filthy 02 accord towed in thinking i had a seized engine/blown head gasket... was out the same day with a running and driving car for a fraction of what i thought i'd have to spend. almost cut my losses and sold the car that day. They didn't upsell me on anything, and the man working on my car SHOWED me the issue vs telling me what was wrong. wouldn't take my car anywhere else if I lived closer.

I had some issues with my f150. I had a tick in the motor when idling and a rattle when I first started my truck. Precision found the problem. They fixed my truck and it runs better now than when it was new. The total cost ended up being less than initial bid. Thank you folks!!

Ok people! My car had been doing this crazy thing where the antilock brakes would engage for absolutely zero reason. We had three different people look at it, including the dealership, and no one could diagnose the problem, let alone fix it. So frustrating!!! I finally got smart and took it to Precision, and it was diagnosed, fixed, and back in my garage with in two days!! It’s like a new car!! Fast , friendly, reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier!!!

Went with a friend to get his tires put onto his bmw. When we dropped it off they said it shouldn’t take to long. We dropped it off around 1. We ran errands and came back at 4 thinking it would be way past done. We get there and they still aren’t done. And the car is no where to be seen. It wasn’t in any of the bays being worked on, nor was it in the parking lot. So we sat in the parking lot for an hour before we finally see his car being driven by one of the workers. He had been driving around Morgan with the bmw for a time unknown, but regardless he was still driving a car that was supposed to be worked on and given back to the customer. What I wanna know is why they are allowing people to drive peoples cars without permission? His response was because they needed to “test the balance” every other place I’ve taken my car to has never had to take it for a test drive before giving it back. Not to mention after he got the car back the trip was deleted, and the car was in bad condition as well. So not only did this mechanic take the car and hot rod it around Morgan, but he put wear and tear onto the car as well. Now the wheel jolts when you hit the brake. And the car shakes. When we told the workers that there was a problem caused by one of their workers driving the vehicle around. They simply said it couldn’t have been something they did. And walked away. would never recommend taking your car to this shop. And if you do never leave your vehicle out of your sights. You may end up having your car driven around with potential damage to the vehicle. Especially if you have a nice or sporty vehicle.
