I don't know what's going on with you guys and your ratings, I just deposited a check and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. It was my first time ever going there. But four out of five stars and the lady was all mean, Oney, and me me me me, but I don't take people for granted, people are just people and people will do what people will do.

Teller was not very friendly and was in a big hurry to get back on her phone to text whoever. I said “thank you have a good day”. She said “yup” while looking at her phone.

I love this bank, and especially this branch. With other bank accounts I've had, things take forever to transfer or come out of my account twice. I have had no issues with Cache Valley Bank. The bankers in Mt. Pleasant are friendly and helpful. Did I mention, I love this bank? I do!

I move banks to banks just to get a good service. But I stayed with this bank the longest, not only for the good service they offer but also for the flexibility. I am a happy and very satisfied customer. I would put all my businesses with them.

They will close your account at the first given chance. Months ago I came up short and left a frustrated message. Well, they confused frustrated with anger or hatred and sent me a letter in the mail stating that they were closing my account. I got it sorted out with much hassle. Recently, I attended truck driving school in Denver Colorado without notifying them. I had to get new glasses and managed to pay for the doctor when they completely froze my account and left me stranded. I couldn't pay for the glasses, I had no money for food, gas or anything else. The next day they gave me the run around by playing phone tag. The branch gave me an 800 number to call, and the 800 number told me to call the branch. After getting frustrated again, they once again threatened to close my account. So, do not travel unless you have a couple hundred in cash because they will give you no warning before freezing your assets.
