I have had a terrible terrible experience with this company. My taxes were filed before she had my information, they had to be refilled, she submitted I correct information, and when I called to ask for an update she did not return phone calls. I was told MONTHS ago it was refiled and still have received nothing. I called and left a voicemail venting my frustrations, and when she called me back she yelled at me, gave me different information she claimed to always haven given me, and she said she didn’t appreciate my attitude and to never call her again. She then hung up and blocked my number. Now I have no clue what is happening with my tax return, and I have no one to contact. So overall HORRIBLE experience, I am blown away by how u professional Connie has acted with the situation from the beginning.
