U Haul was great and dealer went 100% to fix a new Dealers. Mistake on reservation error very dependable

Was told they carry packing material by U-Haul. Went there and a young lady called U-Haul liars. Who speaks like that of a partner business? Terrible customer service. That is no way to speak to a customer. Had to click one star to post the review but really should be no stars.
